Margie Davidson is a quilt artist and surface designer. Her love of colour is joyfully expressed through the fabrics she creates. She enjoys using paints, natural dyes and blockprinting and takes great pleasure incorporating the cloth of her own hand into her art quilts. Her award winning quilts have been exhibited in Canada, Ireland, New Zealand and the United States. Margie has taught classes at Quilt Canada numerous times and was awarded the CQA/ACC Teacher of the Year in 2013. After living in Edmonton for 25 years, she moved to Vancouver Island in 2017, and now calls Qualicum Beach home.
