FibreWorks Studio & Gallery

Hosted in a collection of yurts, Fibre Works showcases fibre art – basketry, paper, textiles and wood , created by local, national and international artists. Explore our website and know more about our current and forthcoming workshops, ongoing exhibits and studio located in beautiful Madeira Park in Pender Harbour on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, Canada.


Yvonne welcomes the public to her studio with baskets of hand-dyed fibres, handspun yarns, and “in progress” blankets on the loom. Wearables and accessories entice the visitor to drape themselves with colours and textures.


Workshops/Master Classes are presented by renowned artists, providing a hands-on opportunity to explore fibre art techniques

Upcoming Workshop

In this two day workshop, you will learn both the random and netting techniques of wire sculpture.


Using natural materials as inspiration and media has lead textile artists Cathering Nichols and Anni Hunt to listen carefully to the “whisperings” of the forest and record what they hear.
